As the internal brand-building initiative is launched in the organization, we assist clients to build interest and excitement for the upcoming employee training through the development of a brand induction program. The brand induction program can be comprised partially or entirely of an integrated communications program, which often begins with learning vignettes and brand messages. These work to introduce and inform employees of the key concepts of brand.
From postcards to posters to newsletters, as well as bulletin boards and the organization’s intranet, there are many valuable vehicles for creating enthusiasm for the upcoming brand training. We also offer a series of posters that can be used to present key concepts prior to the workshop and/or to reinforce brand training content during the workshop.
