The Brand Tool Box Internal Brand Leadership workshop is a half-day workshop designed specifically for an executive audience to enhance the leadership skills of the participants. This fast-paced workshop will provide seasoned senior managers with a fresh perspective on brand.
The workshop will provide the senior managers with the tools to act as energetic brand leaders inside the organization. They will learn how to take their increased knowledge of their organization’s brand platform and help others in the organization apply it.
In addition to a new understanding of how the organization can build a stronger brand, each executive will learn personal brand techniques to enhance their own leadership style.
This proven workshop design is split into four modules:
- Module One: Personal Brand
- Module Two: Business Brand
- Module Three: The Client Name Brand
- Module Four: Client Name Brand Leadership
After participating in this executive-level workshop, senior managers will:
- Understand their personal brand and how to enhance their leadership skills within their organization.
- Learn a contemporary and practical perspective on Client Name internal brand building and its role in brand success.
- Learn the details of the Client Name brand.
- Provide a framework to engage employees to live the Client Name brand by consistently demonstrating behaviors congruent with Client Name’s brand values.
- Learn to use brand strategy to drive business objectives.
The workshop has a short pre-workshop assignment that includes reading all or portions of Be Your Own Brand and completing the Brand Tool Box Personal Brand Handbook.
This practical, hands-on executive workshop will create a team of brand leaders, the first and fundamental step in the inside brand-building process.
