Long before the Internet we have believed in sharing our knowledge of brand. Conducting training workshops has been one of the platforms we’ve used for sharing our knowledge. Where once it was a small accessory to our business, training now comprises almost 50% of our revenue. In the beginning we focused on helping executives and marketing professionals improve their brand management competency. Now we use our internal brand training to engage all employees on how they can contribute to grow and differentiate an organization’s corporate brand. Today we have instructional designers on staff, over 100 certified trainers, e-learning training platforms and retail training tools sold on-line. Training has always been in our blood, it’s now a permanent part of our heart and soul.

What is it?

Brand Tool Box has been developing and conducting training workshops for more than two decades. Our first major training assignment involved designing and implementing a brand management training workshop to support a global Fortune 100 company introduce brand management to its executive operating teams across the organization.

Brand Tool Box’s training curriculum was initially created to provide a “MBA” level learning experience for marketing professionals.

We expanded our training curriculum to respond to the emerging need of internal brand building. The central focus in the development of these workshops was to bring the power of brand building to a broader audience, both in terms of cross-functionality within larger organizations and a wider range of company sizes.

These workshops use a pragmatic approach to brand. This breakthrough in corporate training content enables a broad range of employees to engage in corporate strategy and develop individual relationship-building skills.
