We believe that it’s not good enough to be good consultants and leave our clients with a deck containing a bunch of numbers and recommendations. That only solves a particular short-term problem. So we developed a set of training products to help our clients handle any brand-related challenges they might face.

What is it?

Brand Tool Box has been developing and conducting training workshops for more than two decades. Our first major training assignment involved designing and implementing a brand management training workshop to support a global Fortune 100 company introduce brand management to its executive operating teams across the organization.

Brand Tool Box’s training curriculum was initially created to provide a “MBA” level learning experience for marketing professionals.

We expanded our training curriculum to respond to the emerging need of internal brand building. The central focus in the development of these workshops was to bring the power of brand building to a broader audience, both in terms of cross-functionality within larger organizations and a wider range of company sizes.

These workshops use a pragmatic approach to brand. This breakthrough in corporate training content enables a broad range of employees to engage in corporate strategy and develop individual relationship-building skills.

Our training workshops are the result of proven instructional design techniques and the subject matter expertise of our senior consultants’ two decades of experience from working with the world’s leading companies. From a practical perspective and up until recently, there was very little brand management curriculum available in colleges and universities, even in MBA programs. So for many years we filled that void for clients and in public training forums.

Finally, effective internal brand building is not achievable without having access to practical and relevant training that makes brand personally relevant. Brand training is a new tool for marketers and HR professionals to help an organization create and perpetuate customer-centric alignment—the backbone of customer engagement.

Brand Tool Box® Internal Brand Leadership Workshop

The Brand Tool Box Internal Brand Leadership workshop is a half-day workshop designed specifically for an executive audience to enhance the leadership skills of the participants. This fast-paced workshop will provide seasoned senior managers with a fresh perspective on brand.

The workshop will provide the senior managers with the tools to act as energetic brand leaders inside the organization. They will learn how to take their increased knowledge of their organization’s brand platform and help others in the organization apply it. In addition to a new understanding of how the organization can build a stronger brand, each executive will learn personal brand techniques to enhance their own leadership style.

This proven workshop design is split into four modules:

  • Module One: Personal Brand
  • Module Two: Business Brand
  • Module Three: The Organization Brand
  • Module Four: Brand Leadership

After participating in this executive-level workshop, senior managers will:

  • Understand their personal brand and how to enhance their leadership skills within their organization.

The workshop has a short pre-workshop assignment that includes reading all or portions of Be Your Own Brand and completing the Brand Tool Box Personal Brand Handbook.
