Trainer Certification

Brand Tool Box, Ltd. can provide certified trainers to deliver the Brand Tool Box^® Brand Alignment workshops within your organization or we will conduct a robust trainer certification program for your internal trainers. The fast-paced two-day certification session prepares the trainers to use the subject-matter-expert DVD, step-by-step facilitator guide, and slide presentation to effectively facilitate the employee workshops.

The two-day session allows participants to:

• Understand the role of the workshops in the organization’s internal brand-building initiative.
  
• Become aware of the process conducted by the organization’s leadership to develop the brand management platform that is the foundation of the internal brand-building program.
  
• Understand the components of the brand management platform and how it applies to employees in their daily work and interaction with customers.
  
• Become familiar and confident in their delivery of the key concepts and exercises of the workshop.

The trainer certification session results in a group of brand champions engaged and prepared to lead the implementation of the internal brand-building training to all employees.
