Bonestroo is a leading engineering firm with a long history of providing engineering services to municipalities in the Midwest. As the firm succeeded and grew through targeted acquisitions and organic growth, employees were no longer sure what Bonestroo stood for or how to talk about the organization.
To support the firm’s continued growth and provide for its expanding size, Bonestroo needed to improve its new business development processes, especially cross-selling activities with its existing client base.
Brand Tool Box worked closely with Bonestroo for the Brand Discovery phase to gain a better understanding of how Bonestroo’s business and brand were perceived internally and externally.
With the information collected from the Brand Discovery, we formulated a Brand Platform recommendation and an executive consultant facilitated a session to gather input from the working team to refine and finalize the Brand Platform.
The leadership team established, communicated, and engaged employees, through our Brand Alignment workshops, in the Bonestroo Brand Platform, representing their new leadership platform.
Bonestroo is now able to clearly articulate their brand position in their marketing and new business development efforts.
