A traditional, sales-driven organization, Patterson Dental asked Brand Tool Box to develop a brand strategy that would help them create a stronger position in a competitive marketplace and expand their sales beyond products and services by establishing deeper relationships with their customers.
We conducted one of the largest research studies done in the industry to determine Patterson Dental’s key strengths and differentiators, as well as what customers wanted from their dental dealer.
With the results of the research and internal audit we crafted a brand strategy that differentiates their position in the marketplace and a brand identity system that fully leverages of Patterson Dental’s brand equity through all of their products and services.
Finally, we developed a strategy for their sales department that emphasizes the key point of the brand strategy that the representatives could quickly and easily use to develop stronger, more loyal relationships with current and future customers.
