Scotts, a leading manufacturer of lawn and garden fertilizer, called on Brand Tool Box to determine whether they needed to change their corporate identity. We evaluated a research study conducted to determine consumers’ response to the name and image of The Scotts Company and evaluated how the product identities related to the corporate identity.
We also led brand managers through various brand management topics on how to establish more consistency in the way the brand is viewed and regarded inside the organization.
