Skandia, a leading global financial services company, asked Brand Tool Box to develop a brand strategy to help them create more brand consistency across their global businesses.
We met with their global brand council to attain a common language on brand and brand management.
The workshop led into a dialogue about the opportunities and challenges of consistently defining the Skandia brand on a global level. Based on the ideas generated in the meeting, we helped the global brand council facilitate the creation of a robust, global brand strategy.
Brand Tool Box facilitated internal brand-building training for Skandia’s employees in 23 countries, creating a strong internal brand that accurately and consistently reflects the strong brand outside of the organization.
